He is the Lead Consultant of The BFG Global Consulting Group. A multi-management consulting company and a marketplace problem solving firm, committed in offering growth strategy services to individuals, businesses and developmental organizations. In 2019, he co-Founded The BFG Industries Limited, a marketplace business group growing it brand in the Business of Development (BoD) aimed towards the expansion of welfare capitalism in Africa.
Over the years, Festus has built his career on advancing grassroots implementation of UN related development programs, discovering solution plans and implementing strategic management models for businesses, developmental networks and corporate organizations. He is a member of UNESCO-Led Media and Information Literacy Coalition of Nigeria.
Festus has is background in the knowledge base economy and development sector. He is experienced in social and development leadership, public relations, developmental research, content management, strategic planning, administrative techniques, team control, performance management, project value coordination, program executing and monitoring, corporate diplomacy, human capital management, public communication and information management. His leadership style both in social and development affairs has earned him honor among reputable organizations like Amnesty International, GOTNI among others.

Satish R. Sunkara has M.com (Accountancy) from Ancharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. MBA (Finance and Marketing) from Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry. Currently a Ph.D candidate in Climate, Private Capital Investments and Stakeholders Engagement from Adikavi Nannaya Univeristy, Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. Earlier from 2015 – 2016 he has worked as Corporate Trainer and Industry Knowledge Advisor on Accounts and Finance, Tax, GST and Software Training Development in Banglore and Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He has taught various management and skillset and reskilling on MBA Marketing, Finance and Accounts Industry. Practicing extensively on leadership, global collaboration and negotiations, strategic marketing, finance and administration for businesses in India and beyond.
As a corporate trainer, he has over 10 years post graduate experience on facilitating trainings, programmes, workshops, webinars for corporate organizations, universities, colleges and institutes on CSR and poverty eradication programmes Satish has completed many research projects focused on climate change, UNFCCC, IFC, private capital investments, accounts and finance, social inclusion and rural development. Azeezat has been fully involved in the business of SME’s development through her postgraduate career in investment banking.
